Assistant, Training & Development

The Training Assistant provides administrative and operational support within the Training and Development department. They support the planning and organizing of all courses including the preparation of workshop materials and equipment, training room reservation and set up. They participate in brainstorming sessions and provide inputs from operational or similar level perspectives and also in cross-organizational projects as directed by supervisors.
