Technicians perform repair and maintenance services to ensure property equipment, system and plants are operating in optimum conditions. They generally work independently as they are often seen climbing up and down ladders to reach equipment, but somehow are supported by engineers if they are facing an issue. Basic technical knowledge of various central plants, E&M systems and equipment are required for this position.
