As a Senior Engineer, our function is to provide high quality customer advice and assistance to end users for ERP Systems. We support end users on any issues reported and resolve the issues by closely working with users, IT team and vendor support team. We help define the usage and integration of ERP systems with other types of systems and implement its features and functions to meet business requirements.
