Senior Officer, Training & Development

The Senior Training Officer provides administrative and operational support to the Assistant Vice President, HR Training & Development, and acts as a coordinator of training and development activities. She contributes in developing, conducting, updating and reviewing training & development materials on the corporate side. This position supports the planning and organizing of all courses promoting the consistency and quality of training programs. She also maintains documentations and other pertinent data into the training database, and participates in cross-organizational projects as directed.
