Being a Senior Security Officer, I am responsible for direct supervision of all security personnel in my area, address their concern, motivate or challenge them when necessary. Being a Senior Security Officer is not an easy task, every day is a challenge and every incident is a new experience. It may not be easy but with team work, everything gets easy.
