Pit Managers are key people on the casino floor. They supervise and mentor a team of dealers to deliver the highest standards of customer service to our guests. Besides daily operations work, they also use their interpersonal skills to coordinate and resolve internal or external issues. At least 2 years of experience as a Pit Supervisor and solid knowledge of the gaming industry required. This is an internal promotions position as part of internal career opportunities for our colleagues.
