Helpdesk Coordinator, Property Services

Helpdesk Coordinators manage the Helpdesk hotline for all incoming calls relating to engineering issues in the properties. They monitor that the Job Request System is adequately assigning job orders to engineers and technician; they ensure issues are resolved and followed up on a timely basis. In their role dealing with internal colleagues and external customers, fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese is essential.
